Gong Bath for Relaxation and Rejuvenation

Saturday 5 December 7-8:30pm at Battersea Yoga

In these challenging and uncertain times we would all benefit from some R&R.

Every part of your body has its own natural frequency it vibrates at, this frequency can be thrown off balance by stress, illness and other factors. The sound of the gong creates a vibration which activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps to calm down and sooth the over stimulated sympathetic nervous system.

Let’s join together and allow the sound of the gong to transform our mind, body and spirit, releasing all our tension and stress.
Simply lie on your mat, and feel the resonance of the Gong bathe every cell in your body.
The best way to understand its effect is to experience it for yourself.
More details to follow.

Yogasana Master Class

4-5pm on Sunday 12th July @indabayoga

β€˜Yogasanas have often been thought of as a form of exercise. They are not exercises, but techniques which place the physical body in positions that cultivate awareness, relaxation, concentration and meditation.’Β Swami Satyananda Saraswati

This 2-hour master class offers an opportunity to dive a little deeper into the Yogasana practise whilst still maintaining its dynamic flow, moving in and out of posture with awareness and breath. You’re invited to join in to experience a well-balanced sequence of pranayama, asana, yoga nidra and a gong bath relaxation. While this class is open to all, an underpinning knowledge of the basic s of the practise is essential.

Gong Bath for Restoration and Rejuvenation

4-6pm on Friday 17th July @indabayoga

In these challenging and uncertain times we would all benefit from some R&R. Every part of your body has its own natural frequency it vibrates at, this frequency can be thrown off balance by stress, illness and other factors. The sound of the gong creates a vibration which activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which helps to calm down and sooth the over stimulated sympathetic nervous system.

Amanda will create a safe and relaxing environment for you to completely let go through mantra, meditation, breath and sound, leaving you feeling restored, rejuvenated and ready for the weekend ahead.
